2024-25 SPONSORSHIP INFO & FORM

The EMHS Booster Club offers sponsorship opportunities for businesses wishing to support the Memorial baseball program. The Edmond Memorial Baseball Booster Club is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, which supports our program in a variety of ways. One hundred percent of the funds raised and donated stay in the baseball program.

 

The main purpose of the organization is to fund and support our baseball program, which includes players, coaches, managers and trainers. The Edmond Memorial Baseball Field is one of THE ONLY remaining grass fields in the state and, therefore, is host to numerous tournaments outside of typical district play, including regional and state tournaments.

Some of the services our program provides include, but are not limited to:

​

  • Game travel & meals

  • Team equipment, dugout and locker room maintence

  • Stocking the player pantry with pre-game food & drinks

  • Team/coaches apparel

  • Field maintenance

  • Hosting festivals & tournaments

  • Training/PT/technology
